Everyone has a bleuprint for our lives. What you do with it is completely up to you. You can look at your bleuprint and see where you need to make adjustments in life and do just that. But when you leave that up to someone else it can be disastrous. So take full control of your life and build your bleuprint exactly how you want it to be.

Mornings help to set the tone for your day. Pick songs that are empowering to help prepare your spirit to face the day. Listening to mood boosting music can help you cope with negative emotions and also a great way to start your day!
Lathering your whole body down with lotion or oil is a self care act. It makes you feel rich, loved, nourished and beautiful/handsome. Take a hot bath! This is not exclusive to women and children. Baths have many health benefits. Fill the tub, add fresh flowers, herbs and oils. Turn on some relaxing music, grab a bottle of room temperature water and enjoy the beautiful warm scents and water.
